While moving the design from concept to completion, Adelaide Prestige Homes takes clients through a three stage interactive process aimed at ensuring that:
•	The client understands each process and its outcome
•	The design suits individual requirements and lifestyle
•	The project design and project budget are complementary.
Importantly, a fixed-price contract is not signed until all costs are known.

THE THREE STEP PROCESS

Step 1 – Initial one-on-one obligation-free consultative session

A member of the award-winning team meets with you to explore how Adelaide Prestige Homes can assist to create your next home.

At this stage, Adelaide Prestige Homes will provide:
•	A brief company history
•	An outline of the company’s capabilities
•	An overview of how the team will work with you.
Often, this initial meeting is held on the site of the proposed building.

Step 2 – Personalised Design Service

Our architect listens to your ideas, to suggest possibilities and to draft an initial design for your perusal.

Once the design is approved by you, a preliminary building cost estimate is undertaken, based on our superior fixtures and fittings.

A proposal is presented to you, based on the approved design and its estimated cost.

Step 3 – Preliminary Services Agreement

On acceptance of the proposal, we proceed to a Preliminary Services Agreement. Your project is further advanced by preparation of:
•	Working Drawings, the Specification and the Schedule of Finishes
•	An Engineer’s Report on Construction and Footings
•	The Framing Layouts
•	Kitchen Design
•	Interior Design

During this period, you are asked to make selections, aware of our range, and Development and Building Approvals are obtained, so that your job can be fully costed.

By working together through this exciting phase, we are better prepared to move to the successful and smooth completion of the construction phase.

The end-point of the three-step-process is the signing of a fixed price contract which contains all that is to be included in the project.

Construction
Construction commences with excellent outcomes as the over-arching goal. Adelaide Prestige Homes encourages open communication with you, our clients.

Handover
When you and we agree that your project is completed, together we celebrate the end of the journey by handing the keys to you, our excited clients.

Maintenance
At Adelaide Prestige Homes, we are so confident of the standard of our work that we double the statutory 3 month maintenance period to 6 months.     ^TOP
